Humas Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kabupaten Karawang, Abdullah Lutfi mengatakan, dalam kurun dua bulan terakhir pihaknya sudah menangani beberapa pasien korban dari judi online. “Dari beberapa pasien yang datang dua bulan terakhir ini mengaku banyak masalah. Dan dua pasien di antaranya karena judi togel hongkong ditambah hutang dari pinjaman online,” ungkap Lutfi pada Sabtu (29/6/2024).
Menurut Lutfi, kasus depresi karena judi online ini tengah menjadi tren baru di masyarakat.
Oleh sebab itu, pihaknya saat ini membuka dan siap melayani segala pemeriksaan kejiwaan, khususnya karena kecanduan judi online di Karawang.
Sejauh ini pasien yang berobat di Poli Klinik Jiwa masih sedikit. Tapi, hasil anamnesis atau adalah proses pengumpulan informasi medis terperinci tentang riwayat kesehatan dan keluhan saat ini dari pasien oleh dokter atau tenaga medis lainnya itu mengarah pemiciunya karena judi online.
“Mulai dari pemeriksaan dan terapi, kami siap untuk melayani. Akan tetapi, untuk rawat inap kami belum ada. Paling tidak akan kami rujuk ke RSJ (rumah sakit jiwa) jika kondisi pasiennya sudah memberontak atau histeris,” jelasnya. Untuk jadwal pelayanannya sendiri, kata Lutfi, Poli Klinik Jiwa di RSUD Karawang buka hari Senin sampai Jumat, mulai dari Pukul 7.30 WIB hingga 12.00 WIB.
“Intinya kita selalu siap untuk melayani masyarakat, khususnya di masyarakat Kabupaten Karawang,” tandasnya.

Akibat kecanduan judi online membuat pria yang memiliki jabatan Kepala Desa ( Kades) ini menjadi lupa diri hingga serakah gasak uang negara. Oknum Kades bernama Suhendri ini kalap hingga ‘lupa daratan’ ketika melihat uang negara yang seharusnya merupakan uang dana desa, bukan miliknya pribadi.
Tanpa pikir panjang, oknum Kades itu pun nekat menyunat duit hak warga hingga Rp 977 Juta.
Dia merupakan kades yang bertugas di Kecamatan Songgom, Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Tak hanya itu, ternyata dia juga pernah tersandung kasus korupsi tahun 2019-2022 hingga duit Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) untuk warga tak mampu pun turut dia sunat.
Selain dipakai judi online, oknum kades ini juga menggunakan duit warga ini untuk judi di luar negeri di Singapura.
Kini pun Suhendri harus meringkuk di penjara atas perbuatannya tersebut.
SOSOK Suhendri, Oknum Kades Nekat Gasak Uang Negara Rp977 Demi Judi Online, Uang BLT Disunat (Kompas.com) Tersangka dan barang bukti diserahkan Unit Tipikor Satreskrim Polres Brebes ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Brebes setelah berkas dinyatakan P21, Kamis (27/06/2024).
Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Kasi Pidsus) Kejari Brebes, Antonius mengatakan, tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan tersangka berasal dari pengelolaan keuangan desa dari tahun 2019-2022 lalu. Suhendri terbukti melakukan penyelewengan keuangan desa sejak pertama kali menjabat di tahun 2019.
“Berdasarkan audit inspektorat Brebes, penyelewengan uang yang didapat dari saluran bantuan modal dan kegiatan yang tidak dilaksanakan, termasuk bantuan keuangan (bankeu) APBD yang tidak dilaksanakan atau dikerjakan tersangka,” kata Antonius kepada wartawan di kantornya, Kamis (27/6/2024).
Antonius menyebut, tersangka telah merugikan keuangan negara sebesar Rp 977.527.401.
Dari hasil temuan, tersangka melakukan penyelewengan penyaluran bantuan penyertaan modal BUMDes sebesar Rp 34 juta, akan tetapi tidak disalurkan tersangka.
Kemudian, penyaluran bantuan langsung tunai (BLT) yang tidak disalurkan kepada kepada 333 KPM dengan nilai mencapai Rp 99.900.000.
Pengelolaan dana desa yang tidak dilaksanakan berupa pembuatan pagar keliling dan talud dengan anggaran Rp 210.746.679 namun yang direalisasikan hanya Rp 21.680.000. “Termasuk uang padat karya Rp 12 juta dan pelatihan pemberdayaan wanita Rp 10 juta sehingga total Rp 52 juta tidak direalisasikan tersangka, tapi justru dipakai untuk keperluan pribadi,” terang Antonius.
Untuk memperlancar aksinya selama menjabat kepala desa, tersangka sengaja merangkap jabatannya juga sebagai sekretaris maupun bendahara dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa.
Dari pengakuan tersangka, uang hasil korupsi digunakan untuk judi online (judol) berupa slot dan juga untuk judi di negeri Singapura. “Selain untuk judi online, uang dana desa juga digunakan tersangka untuk trading,” ungkap Antonius.
Pasal yang dikenakan yakni Pasal 2 ayat 1 Jo Pasal 18 UU RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999, yang telah diubah dan ditambah dengan UU RI Nomor 20/ 2001, tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo pasal 64 ayat 1 KUHP.
